This series of modules offers newcomers to teaching as well as experienced trainers the opportunity to learn with and from each other.

This includes exercises, work in small groups, movement, artistic work, dialogue walks and collaborative teaching practice. Each participant is actively involved and has time to practise and reflect on their own teaching methods.

  • Familiarisation with and implementation of new teaching techniques,
  • Gaining confidence and flexibility and
  • The opportunity to support and strengthen each other within the community

The prerequisite for attendance is a successfully completed training in one of the health professions recognised by the Medical Section at the Goetheanum; professional experience in Anthroposophic Medicine; the corresponding teaching experience or the concrete intention to take up such teaching activity, including on a practical level in a hospital or practice or as a mentor.
